Did you know your block captains are equipped to assist you with Operation Identification which is the engraving of your valuables with your Florida driver?’s license number to deter burglars and to prove ownership should the article be stolen and recovered by the police. Contact your block captain for more information.

Did you know that it is a violation to allow your dog to constantly bark? Did you know that before you make any external additions or enhancements to your property that you must first receive approval from the Homeowner?’s Association?

The Egrets Glade Homeowner?’s Association would like to remind all homeowners to abide by the Covenants and Restrictions when making any building or modifications to property. In addition, the Covenants also contain specific guidelines for such activities as maintaining commercial vehicles in the development (e.g. trucks, boats, etc.), pet maintenance, parking, and basic homeowner responsibilities.

Remember, we all share the same development and take pride in our most important investment, our homes. As homeowners, we are all entitled to enjoy a peaceful existence.
