Recently, the Ravencrest board of directors lost FOUR of the original five elected to the board. Presently, the board consists of 4 members, 3 of which were appointed to their seat by the remaining board members and only one present board member was actually elected by the membership.  Another election is not due until summer 2015.  The membership would benefit greatly by calling an early election this summer, 2014, to ensure that the membership is being represented by individuals voted into position, rather than 'chosen' by board members looking out for their own interests.  The past few board meetings have been chaotic and prove that the community deserves better representation from a more cohesive board with better leadership. Does anyone else have any thoughts?
