Annual Meeting and Election of Directors
Canterbury Farms Community Association will hold an Annual Meeting of the membership and Election of Directors at 7pm on Wednesday, October 3rd in the cafeteria of Martin Elementary School.
The meeting starts at 7pm but you are invited to arrive from 6:30pm for registration to meet your neighbors, meet current board members and association manager. The association's annual meeting is the best opportunity for you to learn about what is happening in our community. Here are a few agenda items and meeting activities:
- Management/President Report
- Financial Report - hear how your assessments are being used
- Committee Reports
- Election of two (2) Directors
- Homeowner questions
Two positions on the Board of Directors will be on the election Ballot. A Call to Serve has been mailed to the community. Members will vote for up to two candidates but at this time there is only one candidate on the Ballot. There will be a call for any nominations from the floor at the meeting. At least 50 members must be present at the meeting or by Proxy for the Association to have a Quorum to conduct official business.
If you will be unable to attend the Annual Meeting please complete the Proxy form designating a neighbor that will be attending the meeting to take and submit your Proxy at the meeting. Alternatively you can send your Proxy form to our association manager, Celina Elias
