Hello everyone, I hope you have had a great New Year so far.

This year's Annual Meeting will be on March 3, 2010 at Thornton Elementary School Cafeteria on Pembroke. The registration will start at 6:30 pm and the meeting will start at 7:00 pm.

This year there is a need for the election of new officers to the Board of Directors to replace those that are going out or have resigned their position. I urge you to step up and accept a nomination from the floor or by a Board member to serve this community.

Please review your By-Laws and Order of Protective Covenants so we may follow the correct procedures in obtaining members of The Board of Directors. A package is being mailed out on Friday Feb. 12, 2010 and you should get it within the next few days.

In this package you will find the Annual Meeting Notice, the Agenda, A Ballot, and a Proxy form.

On the Ballot form there should have been an extra space for another person to be nominated, since we have a 4 member Board of Directors. The By-Laws state under Article VIII Section 1. Enumeration of Officers. President, Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. 

Please read through all the Articles and place close attention to each Section and then each of you can make an informed decision at this year's Annual Meeting.
