Ellerbe Road Estates Neighborhood Forum

I believe that this is a good thing for our neighborhood.  We are in need of a store that will have desent pricing on products.  It sure will be nice not having to drive so far away to pick up a few things that maybe needed.  CVS stores are nice looking and will make a welcome addition to our area.   Traffic is always a concern but with the improvements that are going to be made to the streets, it should not create many problems. 

Don't be deceived, this is not only about CVS but about re-zoneing the area from residential (RA) to busness (B2). Once they get this, there no stopping whatever wants to put stoires in the area. licquor joints, dirty movie rentals and who knows what. If you like our nice pieceful low crime area as it is, don't support this thing.
