New Park to supplement Ellsworth Park

New Park Planned by the Condos on Ellsworth

The property was originally purchased from the developer through negotiations at the time of plan approval. The agreement with the developer was that he would construct the park, which would include typical park amenities such as play equipment, open lawn area, half-court basketball, and a pathway.

Completion Summer 2002

The project should be completed this summer. The site is being constructed by the developer of the units on Ellsworth. You can contact the city parks department at 696-8171.
