Call to Order: President David Densmore called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Introductions were made around the room
TPD Report: Two Officers were in attended, Officer Erin Williams gave the monthly report. Crime stats are down from previous months. Complaints were made of dogs running loose with no response from Animal Control by residents, call Police and they'll work with PACC.
Minutes: A motion to accept the March 2015 minutes as written was made by Oscar Tortosa and seconded by Rachel Tortosa. The motion was approved by all present.
Treasurers Report: Treasurer Mikki Niemi was not present so there was no treasurer's report.
New Business: Cam Juarez presented steps to go about getting reinvestment funds. Residents present discussed needs of lighting, sidewalks, speed bumps and a park. Cam outlined the application process, which starts with putting a survey out to the entire neighborhood. It was discussed this could be listed in our upcoming newsletter. Cam suggested mixing up a few things in a proposal, some lighting, some speed bumps, or such combinations.
Old Business:
Night Out Against Crime: Dave will send out letters to Circle K, Target and Walmart seeking funds for our Night Out in August. Dave stated he needs the current tax info before he can do this.
Newsletter: We'll need to add the survey to the newsletter which should be ready to get out soon so it mails to the neighborhood in June or early July. It was decided that the August meeting would be used for a neighborhood discussion of what items the neighborhood would like to include in a proposal for funds.
Call to the Public: Yolanda Martinez welcomed the new members to our meeting. Dave and Oscar will attend Barrio Nopal's meeting next month to broach the subject of the "Welcome To Elvira Neighborhood" signs that remained there after the split.
Presidents Report: Dave reminded everyone of the Bulk & Brushy coming up on May 4th and if anyone needs assistance getting trash from alleys to the front of their property to call. Yolanda and Tony Martinez have a girls bike they would like to donate to a student at Santa Clara Elementary School. Dave will assist in fixing it up the bike so it can be donated.
Adjournment: Motion to adjourn was made by Oscar Tortosa and seconded by Linda Vasquez. Motion was passed by all present. Meeting was adjourned at 8:54 p.m.
