Guest Speakers: Fernando Molina, City of Tucson Water Dept
Call to Order: President David Densmore called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Introductions were made around the room
TPD Report: Officer Granados was present, reporting area crime statistics for Sept. He stated crime is low in our area, although there have been items stolen from vehicles; keep your vehicles locked.
Minutes: Motion to accept the Oct 2014 minutes as written made by Oscar Tortosa and seconded by Gina Gomez and was approved by all present.
Treasurers Report: Treasurer Mikki Niemi reported no change from last month, balance is $1688.00. Motion to accept the treasurer's report was made by Tere Filkin, and seconded by Oscar Tortosa. Motion was passed by all present.
Guest Speaker: Fernando Molina from the Water Dept discussed several water issues in our area. Infrastructural, long term water supplies, communication, recyclable Water, TARP, and how the CAP water is being put into the ground to raise the water table. He also covered reclaimed portable water, and portable reused water and the difference between the two. Also discussed were the City's water plans for the future. He outlines some of the rebates available and answered questions.
Old Business:
A) Thanksgiving baskets-we would like to have 4 - 5 baskets to give this year. Eddie Islas will supply some names. Anyone who wishes to donate, contact Dave.
B) Park Report-Dave and Oscar obtained signatures from most of the neighbors in the area of the proposed park on Pinta, everyone seems very supportive. Oscar announced he's been working with Santa Clara UMC about using an area there as a park. Pastor Jimenez said he had a meeting the next day and would let us know if there was a liability issue or not.

Call to the Audience:
President's report: Dave announced he'd received purple paint for the balusters along the walking path and suggested we'd need to get a group together to paint although they would need to be cleaned first. He also stated the Sal Pointe cleanup of the walking path reminded him the paths official name is The Gil Catalin Memorial Walkway and that signage is still needed. He is trying to contact Gil's Marine Honor Guard to see if they could assist. Able suggested contacting a High School woodworking shop to make a wooden sign.
Adjournment: Motion to adjourn was made by Oscar Tortosa, seconded by Tere Filkin. Motion was passed by all present. Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
