The RTC-TH EmComm program (the GERC-AI station in Thailand) has recently released a series of free weather observing lessons and corresponding Handbook.  MEWS (the Mobile Emergency Weather Station) is available free on their website www.neighborhoodlink.com/org/rtcth (on the Pages & Links page, click on "RTC-TH MEWS lessons" to access the lessons (scroll down the left column)

The lessons have also been featured on QRZ.com and Hamuniverse.com (links to those articles are on hot links on the same page, at the top of the right column).
