Emerald Mountain

It seems they re-paved the parkway not that long ago.  But

I seem to remember they re-paved the parkway not to long ago. 

But I guess it couldn't hurt to get a jogging stroller anyway.

I'll take it or leave it eitherway. Repaved would be nice, so long as it was a county-paid thing. Not sure how the parkway thing was done, if that was paid out of homeowners pockets or taxpayers.

I do know to get street lights installed that's something home owners would have to pay for. Personally, I like my dark street. I moved out here from Thugomery to get away from noise and lights
