Empower North Shore Oahu(ENSO) is a non-profit community-based economic development organization. ENSO is incorporated and has a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. It serves the North Shore region (Mokuleia, Waialua, Haleiwa, Kawailoa, Pupukea and Sunset).
Mission/Purpose: To provide a forum and method for sharing and attracting resources, information programs and services beneficial to the North Shore communities and to promote the involvement of community members in decisions affecting their lives.
