"Our Pool" Opening Day, May 24th,

"WELCOME" TO ALL RESIDENTS OF THE ENCLAVE COMMUNITY!

Opening Day has arrived and our pool and Amenity areas are ready for this seasons use.

Our Board of Directors continue to work on your behalf making sure that our entire amenity area is safe, clean and ready for your use this summer season.. The following improvements have been completed.

-A new surveillance system, including lighting, security cameras, locks and additional landscaping plantings for our amenity area have been installed.

-Additional gates at the pool entrance have been installed. These gates will protect the pool area from being trespassed and abused by those who do not live in our community, as well as unauthorized residents who are not current in their homeowner assessments. The new pool procedures include Member sign-in sheets, ID bands and entrance codes. These features will insure that only authorized residents and guests of our community access our recreational areas.

-We also have resident volunteers who have committed their time to act as Pool Monitors to assist the lifeguards in making  sure that our pool area remains safe and accessible.

WE CONTINUE TO SOLICIT THE HELP OF MORE RESIDENTS  TO ACT AS POOL MONITORS . PLEASE CONTACT MIKE  MILLER OR THOMASINA OLIVER

- New gate locks with tamper proof features to protect our tennis courts from unauthorized use.

-New trash receptacles have been placed throughout the amenity area to maintain the appearance of our community.

-New Holly bushes now surround the pool, to deter vandals from destroying the fencing and trespassing the pool area. All of our trees, bushes and planted areas have been protected with additional mulching to protect the health of our plantings during dry summer days, thus maintaining our investment in landscaping

-A new seasonal arrangement of flowers has been planted in the entrance of our community which enhances the appearance of our entrance. This enhancement makes our property more valuable and desirable to new owners and investors, thus maintaining our property value and investment

We would encourage everyone to read their Pool Rules and Regulations as these rules are designed to protect the residents, comply with all insurance requirements and provide a safe recreational facility for all residents.

We would also ask that parents remember these important points when visiting the amenity areas.

Wear ID bands at all times (this helps us to identify unauthorized users of our amenity areas)

Remember your amenity area access codes, (this again, protects our areas from being abused by unauthorized persons) PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR CODE/ID BANDS WITH NEIGHBORS. EVERYONE SHOULD PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE TO USE OUR AMENITIES!

All children under three must wear plastic pants when in pool(to maintain the water quality.)

  • Remember, our pool area is not a baby-sitting service, the lifeguards are present to maintain pool safety. The Monitors are present to enforce Pool/Amenity rules.

Any unaccompanied children will not be allowed to remain in the Pool area. NO EXCEPTIONS! Residents not complying with posted Pool Rules will be suspended from entering the Pool area(s). (We have insurance guidelines that must be enforced for the safety of all of our residents.)

We take this opportunity to thank those residents who have committed their time in assisting us in repairs, participating in our Community Yard Sale and our Annual Clean-Up day and who act as Pool Monitors.

With the continued participation, interest, and support of all Enclave residents we will be able to maintain a viable, valuable community that we can all be proud of.

THE ENCLAVE AT GROSS LAKE

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The pool area has now been upgraded to a prison, because thats what it feels like! It doesn,t take all of this nonsense in order to have a good running pool in our neighborhood. The pool ran greatly for many years without all the foolishness, and I guess the new board members would like a pat on the back or something for wasting our money like this. Abuse of power is what it is!!!!!

Thank you for your interest and response, but as a PAID homeowner who has always stayed current on my dues, appreciate what this board has done.  I remember the last few years anyone and everyone walked into the pool area and used our amenities..Lake for fishing, pavillion for skate boarding, drinking havig sex at night, selling drugs etc....all kind of misconduct. KUDOS!!!! to the board and all of thier volunteer work.

If you want to complain, FINE but be part of the solution instead of looking for problems.

Happy Homeowner
