My question is why do we have 2 hoa assocation fees and what are the responbilites of both of the associations and what are the fees assisted for with both of the associations?

Yes, why 2 associations. In fact, both associations seem to be lacking. I purchased in 2011 and was aware of one association. 4 years later the other association send me a bill for past payments! Imagine my shock!!!! |
