Enclave at White Rock Homeowners' Association

The Enclave Architecture Committee currently has 3 committee membership openings. As a committee member you will have the responsibility of reviewing requests related to visible changes proposed by homeowners to their property. These changes may include anything from house paint color changes to building additions. Using the property Covenants, Architecture Guidelines and previous committee decisions, the committee determines specific interpretation and dictates guidelines administered and enforced by the contracted Property Manager with the intent to retain a harmonious design throughout the community. The committee does not meet regularly but on demand. Most Architecture Requests are dealt with via committee email. On occasion, meetings or premise visits may be required.
