Playground Survey

Posted in: Enclave at White Rock
Everyone,

Please take a moment to fill out the Playground Committee's online survey regarding a new playground.

It can be found at the following website:

playground survey

maybe I missed it, but the survey that I looked at did not ask whether we were for or against a playground. rather, it asked us questions such as where we would like to place the playground and what equipment we would like to purchase for it. did I not read the survey correctly and simply miss the box that asked whether we were for or against the survey? if I did read the survey and there was no such box, can anyone tell me why it was omitted.
Survey

The purpose of the web survey was to solicit input on various aspects of a potential playground. As you probably read in the flyer recently put in everyone's mailbox about the upcoming April 17th meeting on the potential playground, at some point in the process (after the playground committee has come up with their final recommendation for the playground) the playground proposal will be put before the residents so everyone can formally vote to express their views on the playground.

thanks

I appreciate your response. Part of my confusion stems from the fact that there is a February posting from the committee suggesting that the early results of the survey [I assume it's the same online survey I'm talking about] indicate a certain percentage of the homeowners favoring a playground. My point is that the survey in question does not really directly address the issue of whether people are for or against a playground but rather, as written, presupposes that we will have one and that the issues to be decided relate to the type of playground and location of the same. However, maybe the February reference was to a different survey, in which case, I apologize for my misunderstanding.
