Robert Kline is our new manager. The following are just some of the assets he brings with him as our manager.
 He owns and operates R&M Management Company.

 Ambassador for Gilbert Chamber of Commerce
 Former Regional VP for the 4th largest USA Bank
 Member of Community Association Management
R&M's monthly charge is $243 (savings of $157 monthly) which covers many misc. costs that Jomar was previously charging extra for.
R&M will send out monthly payment envelopes to each homeowner.
Robert Kline will be at our annual meeting on November 6 to meet each of you.
He has expressed many times that he will work at the pleasure of the board.
Within the next couple of weeks R&M Management will be sending an introductory letter including monthly payment envelopes, for your convenience, to each homeowner. It is your option if you wish to use the envelopes.

After all accounts are closed from Jomar, R&M will make sure each homeowner's account is accurate, especially if you have prepaid.
