Editor's Report

It is starting out to be a good year for the newsletter. We are getting lots of good, informative articles , and we are getting more and more corporate sponsors. The corporate sponsor fees pay for the cost of printing the newsletter without using the other funds that are so dearly needed for improvements and everyday expenses of the association.

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO COLONIAL CHAPEL HILL FUNERAL HOME & MEMORIAL PARK. Not only are they a corporate sponsor in our newsletter, but they have generously offered to pay for the printing of our Homeowner?’s Directory, which will be published in July. The printing of the directory is a major expense of the association, and we very much appreciate the generosity of Colonial Chapel Hill for the financial support to this effort.

Our neighborhood is growing ?– you have all noticed the new homes going up. Now is the time for all of us to go out and greet those new neighbors as they move onto our streets. Give them a hearty welcome and encourage them to become active members of our association. Let them know how much we love our neighborhood and work to keep it a great place to live.
