Those of you who walk by our pond will have noticed the efforts of our landscape committee in beatifying that area, particularly with attention to our creek. These conscious thoughtful volunteers have contributed their time and expense for the benefit of all. It is sad to report that these efforts are being undermined by thoughtless or unaware children in our neighborhood who find it amusing to throw the erosion control stones around the spillway areas into the pond. We would all appreciate parents making their children aware of the detrimental effect this type of action has on our community as a whole. We know everyone will want to join together to bring this destructive activity to an end so that our homeowner dues to not have to pay for expensive repairs.
