The Estates at Creekside

Tonight Phase 9 passed City Council.

What did we get?

Do we get the original things were have previously negotiated or more? It it going to be part of our HOA? If not, will we have access to the amenity center? I can't remember all the details, could you tell us what we are getting from Ashton Woods? Amenity center, park, ect... Thanks

What we get...

All of the thing we preiously negotiated have been approved. We will get the 2000 Sq. Ft. Amentity center, Game court, extenion of Hike/Bike trail, 30 acre park area (although the majority of this is in the floodplain and is un-useable)Claybrook will be tee'd at Wooded Creek and wooded Creek will be extended out of the NorthWest corner of Phase 8 and connect to Riverway for additional ingress/egress to both of those phases to help reduce the impact of traffic on Claybrook. Also, the mailboxes in Phase 9 will be brick, instead of metal post. All I can think of right now maybe someone else can add to this.

Good thing...

...my health club has a pool, as ours is going to be busting at the seams when our new neighbors in phase 9 get settled in!
