Estates of Red Lion

For the most part the homeowners in Red Lion maintain their property well. Some, however, do not! How do we go about getting homeowers, who have let their grounds go wild, to clean up thier property? Three Sheba Court looks like a jungle. The grass and shrubs never receive any care. This property brings down the values of all of the other houses in the court. What can be done ?

Hopefully, the new Declarations will give the Board a little more power to make this happen....if approved.

The weather has become nice and once again this property goes unmaintained. It looks like a disgrace and is bringing down the value of any house near it! Something needs to be done about it !

Once again the property at 3 Sheba Ct. has become a jungle and is bring down the value of all of the other houses in the court. Why can't  the neiborhood association do something about this ?
