I would think that our homeowners assoc. would be strong enough to get the folks in our neighborhood to keep up their properties .
We have homes with broken garage doors,
broken shutters, basketball nets in the street,
basicly junk everyware.
This is a beautiful neighborhood with the exception of a few people.
