Just to let you know I've been working diligently at setting up our Neighborhood Picnic and have come up with a date of July 29th which falls on a Sunday. I'm not sure of the time exactly ( either 12-4 or 1-5, any suggestions appreciated) but we will be grilling and I do plan on bringing a 10# bag of hamburger meat, hot dogs, and rolls as well as a fruit platter. We have a neighbor that will be doing the grilling for us. We're spoiled already! Anything you'd like to bring as far as food or games such as bocce, badmitton, soccer, baseball or softball would be great! All pets welcomed as well of course!! We will be coming up with a rain date as well, I'm thinking the following Sunday August 5th, but I will keep you posted of any changes and our progress as well. I hope to meet you there and look forward to this neighborhood setting up many more local events!!
