In order for me to purchase additional property, adding .75 acres to the property I already own, .73 acres at 30828 Isenberg Lane. I had to successfully obtain a variance from the Board of Health.
I want to be clear that the way the County functions, without a granted variance from the Board of Health, which has been granted 9/18/07, I would not be able to enlarge the size of my lot to 1.48.
Thank you again, this is an important situation, most folks would stop at getting the variance,they would then build on that lot, they would not go to the trouble and expense of obtaining the additional property.
