I wanted to let you know that some men are going around the neighborhood from a sketchy organization, Commerce Energy. The way they describe themselves sounds like they're from Delmarva Power or the state.
They try to get people to sign up for their service by saying it lowers your electric rate. Then they add a bunch of extra charges to your account.

The way they present themselves and pitch makes it sound like they’re official representatives of Delmarva and need your signature for your account. It sounds like a few residents have already been taken in. You might want to spread the word so no one gets confused.
