People come and go. It's just one of those things that happens in neighborhoods. Have you ever wondered who that person is who just moved in down the road? We ponder that question a lot because we try to keep a current mailing list of all Evergreen Meadows residents. It is not an easy task, as there is no magical way of finding out who and when somebody moves.

Please help us keep our mailing list updated so that we may keep our subdivision's residents informed of neighborhood news. If you are new in the neighborhood or if your neighbors are moving out or new neighbors are moving in, please call Franklin Frederick at 303-674-2360.

Newspaper listings of real estate transactions and Jefferson County tax records, our main source of resident information, may be in error and are known to be out of date. Further, these sources do not identify residents who are leasing Evergreen Meadows homes. Your help is needed and will be gratefully appreciated.
