EVENTS CALENDAR

EMHA Board Meeting: Tuesday, March 21, 7:00 p.m. All Evergreen Meadows residents are encouraged to attend. Meeting will be held at the Conference Baptist Church Annex (SE corner of North Turkey Creek & Hwy. 73).

Easter Egg Hunt, Potluck/BBQ: Saturday, April 15, 10:30 a.m. (snow date Saturday, April 22, 10:30 a.m.) EMHA baseball field, corner of Prairie Dog and Grizzly Way. Call Lesley Landon 303-670-4457 for information.

Enclosed with this issue of the Meadowlark is your dues-submission envelope. Make your $25 check payable to: EVERGREEN MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.

If you completed the information flap last year and nothing has changed about your address (or renters, if you are a non-resident owner), you do not need to fill it out this year. If your address, telephone number or renters have changed since last year, please tear off the information flap, fill it out and enclose it with your 2000 dues.

Decorating Pays!

Judging the many beautiful Christmas decorations was a fun and difficult task for both the out-going and in-coming Board of Directors. Our Evergreen Meadows residents really go all out! Lots of oohs and aahs were heard while trying to determine the winners. In alphabetical order, the 1999 winners are:
The Mildenberger Family on Grizzly Way
The Miller Family on Red Fox Drive
The Ostenna Family on Armadillo Trail
Each of these winners will received a free 2000 membership to the Evergreen meadows Homeowners Association. You may want to begin now planning your December decorations. You may be our next winner! Thanks to all for taking part in our community and making the Meadows a wonderful place to live.
