Membership Report

As of the printing, 297 homeowners have paid their voluntary
dues for 1999. Three others have their dues paid because of
their winning Christmas decorations. The total of 300 means
that 38 percent of Evergreen Meadows residents are depending
on the rest of us to support the services and activities of
the Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association. Dues-paying
homeowners have made it possible for the Board to fund our
various obligations and to add to the small reserve held for
future needs. And, as noted in the prior issue of the
Meadowlark, responses to information on the dues notices
have helped to update and extend our membership database.
As a member of the Board of Directors of the Association, I
offer our appreciation and grateful thanks to all who have
paid their dues this year.
