Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association

Covenant Corner

Aug 25, 1999

Independence Day along with the fireworks season is upon us.
It therefore seems appropriate to remind everyone of
Covenant 16. This covenant is meant to protect not only our
abundant wildlife but also our members and our neighborhood
from the dangers inherent in the discharge of firearms and
fireworks. Quite obviously, in our heavily wooded
neighborhood, fireworks are extremely dangerous.

YOU MAY NOT SET OFF FIREWORKS IN EVERGREEN MEADOWS!

EMHA COVENANT

# 16. SUBJECT - FIREARMS

No firearms shall be discharged nor shall there be any
hunting within Evergreen Meadows. Firearms as used herein
shall be construed to mean not only rifles, pistols and
cannons, but also FIREWORKS.

The construction and remodeling season are well under way.
If you are considering any exterior work on your property,
including painting, Covenant 2 requires you to get the
planned work approved by the Architectural Review Committee
before commencing work on the improvement.

# 2. SUBJECT - ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW REQUIREMENTS

No building, fence, wall, structure or improvement shall be
commenced, erected, altered, moved, or maintained upon any
site, nor shall any exterior addition to, or change or
alteration thereof be made until the nature, kind, shape,
height, materials, and location of same shall have been
approved in writing as to harmony of topography by the
Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association Architectural
Review Committee.

In your Rules and Regulations of Evergreen Meadows
Homeowners Association the Board of Directors can levy a
fine for each violation of the covenants of $25 per day, up

Let's work together to keep Evergreen Meadows a great place
