PRESIDENT'S CORNER

Although our association is a non-profit organization, we
nevertheless must file tax returns. This necessitates the
services of a tax accountant. The person who provided these
services for the past several years is no longer available
to us. We need a volunteer. If any of you are qualified
and willing to perform this once-a-year chore for us please
call me (303-674-3038) or any director (see phone numbers on
page two of this newsletter).

I would like to announce the appointment of Patrick Goss as
a director and chairman of the Covenants Control Committee.
Patrick was appointed by the Board of Directors at the June
meeting. He was appointed to fill the vacancy created by
the resignation of Mike Henry. The chairman of the
Covenants Control Committee, however, cannot enforce the
covenants alone, so here goes another plea for volunteers.
The Covenants Control Committee is in desperate need of
members. Anyone willing to serve on this very important
committee please call Patrick Goss (303-670-0159) or any
other director. Please remember, we cannot enforce the
covenants without a convents control committee.
