Suffice it say i wasn't real happy to hear banging and then circular saws screaming early Sunday morning at the property location near my home Sunday morning. What are these people thinking? If there isn't a rule, (in a community with a lot of rules), against early morning noise generating contractors, there is simply common courtesy.
