  • Respect-O-Meter: Valued Neighbor

Each time I turn into Springwood Hills from West Main I feel as though I'm pulling into some hill billy neighborhood. Driveways with three to six vehicles parked in them, R V 's  and boats stored in yards. If there isn't something in the association rules prohibiting this there surely should be. This kind of eyesore leaves a poor first impression of our lovely neighborhood. I hope this would be discussed in our April Board Meeting.

I have lived in Springwood Hills for 23 years.  The neighborhood was build in four phases and the plat restrictions are slightly different in each phase.  RV's are not permitted in  3 of the 4 restrictions.  However, RV's are not a typical appearance in our neighborhood.  This neighborhood has large wooded lots, rolling hills, and unique architecture through the neighborhood.

How can I get a copy of the HOA bylaws?
