Does anyone know why there wasn't any fees collected for 2008? I noticed that the enterances were kept up this summer also? Is there a reason behind this....If so, "Why".

No fees have been collected yet because the invoices have not been prepared and mailed.  The entrances, access lot, detention area are being maintained by the money we had previously collected from dues and liens.   The invoices normally go out in February.  Hopefully they will be able to be completed by next month.  Thanks for asking about it.  Normally no one mentions dues until the invoices are mailed!

WHY ARE WE STILL KEEPING THE LAND AT 270 MAINTAINED? I WAS TOLD SAT. THAT WE NO LONGER "OWN" THAT. FRANKLIN COUNTY DOES. AND THE "UPKEEP" OF ENTRANCE? GET REAL, LOOKS LIKE KIDS DO THAT. IM SORRY, BUT WE'LL PAY OURS AGAIN UPON PROOF EVERYONE'S PAYING NOW. SEEMS A BETTER IDEA TO DONATE THE $$$ TO NEIGHBORS THAT NEED YARDS CLEANED & CLEARED.

that's fine. Whom ever we contracted that out to honestly didn't do a very good job. Looks like they just picked weeds. I guess it would be nice to see some flowers or something out there. Maybe next summer we can get someone different. Thanks for the info.
