Something is wrong with this company. All of the people who work for it are unprofessional.
They do not trim and cut the shrubberies at all unless you instruct them to. Some large plants have piles of dead old attached leaves under them and week after week the workers would bypass them without simply pruning them off. The plants would look and be so much better and healthier. Many shrubberies are not sculpted or even trimmed. They grow uneven and wild. The workers waste a lot of precious time walking around making the gadgets they have emit a lot of noise. The leaf blower is one of the main culprits of the disturbing noise. They use this gadget as a weapon on the plants, grass and shrubberies.
Since the leaf blower lets out hot air, it can be used to burn plants sometimes beyond repair. Many are burnt brittle. Holes within shrubberies are formed making the scenery look unkempt.
The workers are driven by their own senseless motives to neglect the landscape which has so much potential. The grass is cut with the tractor lawnmower that a worker rides on. However, there are times where a worker would ride it down the street like a vehicle, lallygag and/or cut an area over and over.
The landscape is a large one. However, there should be certain areas to work on intensely on certain days of the week. For example, let’s say Monday they work on an area where there are shrubberies, plants and small trees in front of the homes. They should only concentrate on sculpting, trimming and/or pruning those shrubberies, plants and small trees in that location. Then, the next day, they can work on the shrubberies, plants and small trees in another location until all of the landscape looks uniformly.
However, they pretend to assign different parts of land to workers throughout the days of the week. Yet, they are constantly roaming around, jumping from one area to the next and wreaking havoc. Where they are supposed to eliminate weeds and control insects, they do not. Areas where there should be luscious green grass, there are weeds, ants and bare patches of land. There are people who are seen attempting to maintain and beautify their little plot of land while shelling out money indirectly to this company in order for this company to do what they are doing.
This company has to be relieved of their assignment.
