By keeping a written record of your progress you will perform better, with visible results.
This Journal will cover all aspects of your next 35 days.
Come back daily for your next day's page outlines in what you need to do from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep.
We will provide you with daily menus, the supplements you should take, and the skin care regimen you will follow.
Moderate exercise program and lifestyle recommendations will result in dramatic improvements in all aspects of your life.
Remember "Cause & Effect".
Just as important as what you Give to your body, mind and image you will Receive!
Written comments on your progress are Very Important.
This is very important part of the program, and by keeping a record of your daily progress, you will find that your heightened sense of well-being-both physical and emotional-will further reinforce your commitment to this life changing program.
Before you begin the Program, paste a recent photo of yourself in the "Day 1" space. Also note your body weight.
When you finish the first month of the program, have a friend take another picture of you and paste that in the "Day 35" space. Don't forget to note your "after" weight, too.
If you follow the program faithfully, you will see dramatic results.
