Fairfield @ the University HOA

I don't understand with this HOA, what you've been doing? Can ya'll see that our subdivision is awful? alot of them doesn't taking care their yard, park all over the street, awful paving, property being rented to college student in the end of Morning Glory and they always speed in the neighborhood this( soon this subdivision will turn to be rental sub by college student, can't have that happen or lots of us will get screw). This is the worst HOA ever!!!! Bad looking neighboorhood will lower our property value! Do your Job! and clean this neighborhood, that's why we pay dues !!!

PS: to the neighboor that live on Morning Glory Dr. by Killerney and you have a little son  that love ride his bike out from the drive way to the street without look around...I hate to tell you this but you might want to watch him, you dont want him ended like those bunnies. If you read this go ahead get upset, dont really care! just telling you the fact!

There are some negative issues in our community, just like all other communities.  What can you do to help?  Have you volunteered your time to the Board?  Do the renters violate any laws or HOA covenants?  Have you reported these violations specifically?  

Your HOA dues do not support 'the Board'.  The Board is only as strong as those in the community make it-residents need to volunteer their time.  If you really want to see change, you must be part of that change. Take some time to educate yourself about how Associations are structured and make sure you have committed to help before you post on this site.

Also, this is not the place to sound off about your neighbors.  That conversation should be a one to one communication.

I agree -- become an active participant and provide solutions.  Complaining only magnifies the problem; it does litte to correct them. Become active in our community, get to know your neighbors; take a stand in improving and beautifying it.

Do you remember the cliche: "if you're not part of the solution, you're probably part of the problem."  Don't be part of the problem -- V O L U N T E E R some time!
