I'm happy to be a resident here!!!!! However, just like any other area of life, there's always room for improvement. This is a great neighborhood......and it can be even better!!! With a little effort from all, we can make our subdivision outstanding!!
Yes, there are some rental properties in our subdivision. However, those properties are still subject to the same rules and bylaws as everyone else. If the lawn is not being kept up and the structure is not up to par......report the violations!! This can be done online at hawthorne managements's website www.hawthornemgmt.com or you can call 704 377 0114 or fax 704 347 4475. It works both way though....there are some property owners that may not adhere to some codes and they should be reported also.
It is much easier to keep up your property than to be fined for not doing so and then still having to do it. Think about your property values!! Think about the pride of pulling into a beautiful well kept subdivision that you call "home"!! Maybe more people would keep up their lawn and their property if they knew that they would be fined for not doing so. Violations can be done anonymously. The person reporting the violation is never identified.
