Who knows whose responsibility it is to clear snow and debri from sidewalks in front of houses.  On musgrove road between Summerhill drive and hawkshead (I think) the snow and tree debri completely covers the sidewalk.  The teens have to walk on the dark road to catch the school bus on the corner and I'm worried they will get hit by a car.  I almost ran over a person in the dark, walking on the road in front of me because the sidewalk is still snow covered.
