2014 Homeowners Association Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Fairmount Trace Homeowners’ Association (FHOA) will be held at the following date, time, and place:

Date: Sunday, February 9, 2014

Time: 7:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m

The purpose of the meeting will be the following:

1. Introduce and welcome new homeowners and tenants. Update contact list.

2. Review of 2013 expenditures and 2014 budget.

3. Discuss and/or propose projects for 2014.

1. Landscaping project to common areas

2. HOA property behind houses

4. Election of 2014 HOA Officers:

1. President

2. Vice President

3. Secretary

4. Treasurer

5. Discussion on community picnics: propose two different dates-early spring and a Holiday party

6. Discuss any issues, observations, and other matters currently of concern to association homeowners.
