The meeting was called to order at 6:45 PM

Open Discussion ?– The front light bulb at unit 2015 needs to be changed.

The minutes from the October 2004 Regular Board Meeting were review and approved.

The Management Report for November was presented by Mark Breinig.

The October 2004 Financial Report was review and approved.

Old Business
----------------

Mark is to have a full set of keys made and kept in a key locker in the pool maintenance room. As second set of keys are to be given to the Board President.

Mark is to e-mail the Board Members a copy of the car washing pros and cons that were typed by Tina.

Mark to contact the landscapers to have a dead tree limb removed that is overhanging the NE corner perimeter wall for approximately $50-70.

Mark to re-inspect the North and East inside gate locks with Dave Dalton and repair.

New Business

Mark to contact the landscapers to remove the tree limb overhanging the sidewalk adjacent to the lake pump.

Mark to obtain three bids to have the pine trees trimmed and present at the next meeting.

Mark to contact the landscapers to reduce the length of time the grass is watered and increase the number of watering cycles if needed.

Mark to obtain bids to have two post lamps installed behind unit 1024 and 1025.

Mark to send Ekmark notice to all homeowners on Wednesday the 24th and to include notice of potluck refreshments for the Annual Meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:18PM.
