Benefits of membership include: Newsletter with the latest on local developments; representation at local government meetings for the neighborhood; enforcement of covenants and hosting of General Membership meetings where you can meet your neighbors and voice your opinions and Website updates. All the board members are volunteers and elected by the membership. Dues are $25.00 annually. Dues are due by March 31, 2004. If you have not paid or would like to join, please send your check (made out to HOAFE) to PO Box 63183, Colorado Springs, CO 80962.


We welcome your ideas and participation. If you would like to volunteer or share your ideas, please contact one of the Board Members listed in another article in this newsletter and on the web site itself.

Please note that the Newsletter is one of the benefits of membership in the Falcon Estates Homeowners Association. This will be the only copy you receive, unless you are a member. Newsletters are published throughout the year.
