I posted the notice of the death of Sonya around April 16. Today when I did a Google search on her name, this posting came up under the heading "Joke Discussions." If I did this by mistake, I apologize. If someone else did it on purpose, it was a cheap shot and most cowardly. I will apologize to Sonya's family. Ethelyn Judkins |

Ethelyn. I am sorry that I have not been on this site for over 5 weeks. But, I contacted Neighborhood Link to have them remove Sonya's notice from the Joke section. I did not even know that they had a sight like that as part of the Neighborhood Link website. Again my apoligies for the posting whether accidental or otherwise Town Lake Webby. The way our discussion area works right now, when you click on a tag to read all posts with that tag (say, Charter Schools) you will first see all topics with that tag, and then other popular threads, even those not matching the tag you clicked on. The intent was to always show at least a few posts, but it has had unintended side effects and we're probably going to do away with it shortly. When we do, the notice about Sonya will no longer appear under other tags. This isn't anything that the original poster did wrong, nor anything targeted specifically at that post, and I apologize for how it makes a serious matter look otherwise. (I'm not sure why, out of the pages on our site where that post appears, Google has chosen the "Joke" tag. I assume it has to do with that tag being popular with visitors, though it is clearly inappropriate for that topic.) Regards - -Robert Tarrall.-
