Fall Creek Neighbors

I was coming into the subdivision last night and saw the walk in gate wide open.  I stopped to close it only to discover it doesn't work.  They knob, latch and lock have all be removed.

Does anyone have any idea when this will be repaired/replaced/ect.?

More than likely never... I don't think it has ever been closed / locked since I have lived here. I too did the same thing once, IE tried to close and lock the gate.

The lock is at Champion Lock & Security.  I dropped it off so they could change the combination.  One problem, once it has a new combination I'm not sure you will be able to see the roman numerals at night to open the gate.  We will also need to get the combination out to homeowners. 

I'm glad others are paying attention to the details.   If there are any other volunteers, I could keep a small army busy with repairs around the neighborhood.

As a result of painting the curbs I was notified of the graffiti on my house and quickly removed the eye sore. Unfortunately, it was a month later but I had no idea. So I am sorry for the eye sore, my neighbors, but once aware of the situation, it was fixed.
