Fall Creek Civic League

My mother passed away in 2009 and I inherited a property
that she owned with my father (he passed in 2006).  The property is located near downtown Indy (22nd Carrollton).  I no longer live in Indiana and I desperately need to sale the property.   It's virtually impossible to ensure theproperty is maintained on the other side of the country.  I've had to pay people to remove dumped items
and experience issues with lawn care service. Are there any companies or investors purchasing property in the area?
