Do you know the ''2 hour limit'' signs downtown for parking? Well, there is one on each block and they are all right by a parking meter. Well, I live downtown and I have parked there for about a year now. I have only gotten 3 parking tickets, and rightfully so, for runout meters. Today I received a parking ticket for being in a ''2 hour limit'' zone. I STILL HAD TIME ON MY METER!!! I have been parking there for about a year now! I called the department and they said that those signs are for ALL the meters! ''That is why the signs are on the lightpoles!'' Well, they should state that on the signs then. I checked the sign earlier and it does not say that it is applicable to ALL of the meters I am SOOOOOOO frustrated!!! From now on, I'll walk from another parking spot where I don't have to pay. They can have it their way and not get my money!!! I just wanted to know if anyone else agrees or disagrees with my on the lack of clarity on the ''2 hour limit'' signs downtown? Please let me know!
