• ODOT 270 North Outerbelt Exit Study

Recommended for Approval by FNWC
• 2650 Farmers Drive - CarMaxx Auto Superstores, Inc - Rezoning from L-C-4 & C-2 to L-C-4 to C-2 on 14.5 Acres - Development Commission recommended approval 8/14/2003. Passed by City Council. Graphics Commission limited highway sign to 35' & Farmers Dr. signage to 6' ht.
• 2500 Farmers Drive – Charley’s Steakery – Graphics Variance approved by Graphics Commission w' size limitation.
