• Hard Road - Phase 1 - Smoky Row to Linworth Road to include Railroad underpass - Major construction is to begin SPRING 2003. Treed median is being sought.
• Sawmill Widening north of I-270 SPRING 2003

• 2455 Billingsley Rd. Byers Mazda Subaru – approved by Graphics Commission
• 2690 W. Dublin-Granville Rd. - Annexed property recommended for Approval from R to L-C-2 at May Development Commission; City Council PASSED 7/29/2002 (Z1187-02); (2704 Property was dropped from the rezoning).
• 943 Mulberry Street – Recommended for Approval at May Development Commission.
Passed by City Council, June 2002.
• 7140 Linworth Rd. - Foster Woods project undergoing litigation.
• Giant Eagle (115,000 sq. ft.) Tabled by Dublin P&Z (NW corner of
Sawmill/Hard Roads)Proposal now dead.
• Homes now under construction opposite Dublin Scioto High School.
