• 6822 Sawmill Rd.@ I-270 - (BP) - Rezone property from CPD to LC-4 on 1.57 acres for Immke Cadillac Used Car Division - Recommended for Approval at January 2003 Development Commission; Passed by City Council 2/24/2003
• 2650 Farmers Drive - CarMaxx Auto Superstores, Inc - Rezoning from L-C-4 & C-2 to L-C-4 to C-2 on 14.5 Acres - Development Commission recommended approval 8/14/2003.
• 6826 Sawmill Rd (on Caine Rd) Rezoning for Flanagans to expand Parking onto a split lot, i.e. east portion of BP Procare property; Chris Humphries, Architect, FNWC rec approval
