The City of Indianapolis now offers The Emergency Management Notificatio System by which the public can join as e-mail list to receive updates on developments in emergency management and preparedness. Citizens can subscribe to the list on www.indygov.org the city county web site. you will receive periodic e-mails on emergency management, alerts, watches, warnings, the homeland security warnis, crim watch information or other law enforcement messages. You can also subscribe by typing and sending an email message to: majordomo@elist.indygov.org and typing subscribe FMN in the body of the message

Messages can be received at any e-mail address, pager or other device that receives e-mails.
