11th & 12th street.Attempted breakins. Also watch for a black man in a BLACK NISSAN PATHFINDER. He just sets and watches acting like he is on cellphone. When you flash bright lights on him, he moves further down street. I have notified police for extra patrols. Call POLICE when you see anything UNUSUAL is what police told me. They would rather be wrong than not be there if needed.
