How do we feel about the sound barrier wall along 465?  How's traffic on 10th Street crossing the 465 bridge for you at the times you use it?

Sound barrier is pretty massive in places, but overall I think it looks nice and im sure it serves it purpose. As for 465 and 10th they need to redo the temporary striping for the lanes the winter was hard on it. If your not familiar with the lanes it can be confusing. What is the timeline for completion? Whats your thoughts?

I'm considering asking an INDOT person to attend the annual meeting in April to give an update on the project.  It looks to me like they are ahead of schedule but completion of the bridge is not scheduled until 2011 or 2012.   I had not seen the sound wall from the Farley side until last week sometime.  It is huge but the highway noise is way down too.

Good idea.....Maybe someone who would also know what other projects are slated for our area. such as the Girlschool road bridge.....is Girlschool slated for repaving (pretty broken upnorth of 21st street).
